Mobile Services
Assured Evidence also provides fingerprinting and notarial acts at your location or at an mobile services to all our clients. Click here to view all serviceable counties and the travel fees associated with each county. Please note that the location for mobile services cannot be a residential building (i.e, personal homes or apartment rooms) and customers are responsible for securing and communicating to Assured Evidence the location details. Event details should be entered into the "Location Details" textbox when scheduling your appointment.
Payment Policy
On-Site Services:
For on-site services, payment will be collected at the time services are rendered.
Mobile Services:
For mobile services, clients will pay the mobile fee to reserve their appointment. Payment for services will be collected at the time services are rendered.
Accepted Payments Methods:
We accept cash, however card payments are preferred.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your onsite or mobile appointment, refer to the confirmation email sent at the time of setting your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Reschedule times will be based on available time slots.
Refund Policy
Refunds for any errors will be made within 3-5 business days. Fees for reserving a mobile appointment are nonrefundable.
